Job DescriptionSeeking a senior program manager to oversee a team of four who will lead the circuit upgrade program at 390 Wealth Management Branch offices from legacy TDM circuits to new Ethernet circuit architecture. Each Wealth Management Branch has two TDM circuits per site that require upgrade; total 780 circuits. All Wealth Management Branches reside within the United States. The ideal candidate must have a financial services background and/or similar telecommunications or bandwidth experience from a carrier services provider. VoIP Migration experience required, and large-scale Avaya experience needed.Project duration is 18 months and work hours are 10am - 7pm local time for Mon - Thurs. and 9am - 5pm on Friday. About You- A confident and articulate self-starter- A team player with a high level of commitment and enthusiasm- Able to work in a high-pressure environment while juggling multiple tasks- Has excellent attention to detail and is highly organized- Demonstrates time management, ability to prioritize tasks and to meet deadlines across multiple projects- Possesses strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate at all levels and influence others Requirements- At least 15+ years of technology project management experience Management experience as Program Leader- Experience with circuit coordination and installations- Site survey, data gathering of customer and technical requirements- Telecommunications coordination of site visits and hardware installation- Lead vendor / carrier installation meetings Lead test and turn-up events- Coordination of hardware installation, fiber extensions and SFP optics- Engage Level2 support resources- Create and Manage the Technology Change Management tickets- Confirm carrier equipment / circuits / and extensions where needed- Arrange carrier network interface device deployments Manage carrier circuit loop drop offs- Experience gathering technology requirements and working with engineering, design, and tech teams- Manage delivery across internal teams and third-party contractors/ consultants- Develop schedule while effectively allocating resources to the activities- Maintain project schedule and review with key stakeholders- Develop, track and coordinate schedule- Manage Hardware deliveries, with vendors, including staging- Provide weekly status reports both internally and externally, as required Manage the resolution of any issues- Ensure documentation is updatedThis role requires that all successful applicants be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of the engagement and provide proof of such vaccinations within 3 days of commencement of services.
