Deposits 2.0 is JPMorgan's multi-year modernization of the US Firmwide Core Deposits Platform. It is a clean sheet reimagining of our deposits products that will support customer-first experiences and strategic business needs for decades to come. The Deposits 2.0 Program Management Team is responsible for the strategy and successful implementation of this massive effort that will impact all deposits in the Firm.Job responsibilities;

Own the strategic development, ongoing refinement & execution of the program roadmap, guiding omnichannel roll-out and feedback collection for clients, bankers and servicing team

Facilitate all cross-product, stakeholder and senior management communication forums and approvals processes

Develop a robust business case reflecting both potential increased revenues and cost savings

Act as thought leader on the product strategy and execution

Lead and manage multiple projects or other program related initiatives to deliver significant business results, and achieve goals without direct control over resources

Approach planning, problem solving and decision-making in a logical, structured manner

Work independently and take ownership of deliverables as well as prepare materials for meetings with executive audiences and stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities;

5 years' experience in Product Development or Project / Business Management in Financial Services Industry

Must have excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, & SharePoint

Proven experience delivering timely, high-quality communications, presentations, and reporting for various stakeholder groups

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience (advanced degrees, other certification a plus)

Track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, strong work ethic, achieving challenging goals, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Program management experience and familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Agile, and Kanban preferred

Experience conducting competitor/industry research of industry landscape and market trends

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities;

Management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, digital, or similar experience preferred

Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, results-driven, highly dynamic environment

Openness to an environment of active developmental feedback from peers and managers

Flexibility for occasional domestic travel
