Senior Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for the direct engagement in construction project estimation, blueprint analysis, quote generation, and translation to production orders. In this role, you will collaborate with project manager(s), internal operations, and customers with a focus on maximizing flexibility, responsiveness, and service in the market.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepares for analysis by gathering and reviewing blueprints, specifications, and related documents
  • Identifies labor, material, and project requirements and develops estimates for review with team
  • Identifies discrepancies or gaps in information to be reviewed and aligned with customers
  • Presents professional estimates through spreadsheet analysis and other software tools
  • Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
  • Enter sales orders and create assembly orders
  • Performs regression analysis on estimation models and derives key variables for improved accuracy and expediency of quoting process

Background Profile:
  • 10-15+ years of Project Management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree, in a STEM related field preferred, or equivalent experience in the construction industry
  • Ability to read blueprints and develop cost estimates
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction processes preferred, especially electrical
  • Proficient in Excel, pivot tables, macros, Microsoft Office Suite, Business Central, CAD
  • Strong communicator; both written and verbal skills
  • Ability to balance strong organization and planning skills with action orientation
