Akkodis is recruiting for a Senior Project Manager in Rochester, NY.

Pay/Salary Range: $45-$58/hour DOE

The Senior Project Manager job responsibilities include:
  • Managing IT and non-IT Projects
  • Excellent team player
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Significant experience managing project teams in an indirect mgmt. structure
  • Program Mgmt. experience is a plus
  • Very positive attitude
  • Very solid PM Skills walking in the door (i.e., project scheduling, risk mgmt., team building, meeting facilitation, issue resolution, team mgmt., etc.)
  • Ability to pick up tools and processes quickly
  • Experience and comfortability with MS Project
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills.

    • Qualifications:

    At least 10 years of Sr. PM experience
  • Ability to communicate with Sr. Mgmt. and Business Leaders
  • PMP Preferred

  • Solid experience managing both Business Projects and IT Projects
  • Comfortability with project financials including budget tracking, accruals, POs, etc.
