Senior Project Manager (Hybrid)

A financial technology company in New York City is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a great Senior-level opportunity with their staff.

• Manage and deliver multiple projects on time, on budget, and up to the company's quality standards to achieve client satisfaction; obtain client signoffs at each project milestone
• Effectively lead and motivate a cross-functional team in a matrix organization; ensure project team has all the necessary resources, tools, and information flow for continued delivery
• Manage tight project deadlines and high client expectations
• Effectively communicate client feedback, including escalations, within the organization to quickly rectify issues
• Responsible for tracking effort on projects, managing change requests, and providing client with projected effort and costs
• Summarize and report project financials to company management
• Work with the Presales team to represent the services organization methodology to prospective clients
• Review and suggest improvements to the current processes and methodology to ensure the company delivers projects as efficiently as possible and exceed client expectations
• Perform other duties, as needed

• 8+ years of Project Management experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience
• Experience delivering results on projects or programs in a vendor environment
• Self-motivated to move projects forward and ensure timely and on budget delivery
• Experience in leading projects through their full life cycle while managing team members and change
• Experience working with stakeholders across business and IT functions
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

• Experience in managing Capital Markets implementation projects
• Experience in supporting business opportunities through creation of service proposals, statement of works and presentation of service methodology
