The position is 100% remote with possible on-site meetings as needed.The Senior Application Developer SmartSheet shall perform these services:Sr. Application Developer SmartSheetDUTIES: Design and create Smartsheet content in alignment with business needs. Work with Sr Data Architect in support of reporting and analytics needs of various business units Work with the Internal Project and Portfolio Management organization to provide support and solutions development at the project and portfolio level Provide support to all levels of the company for smartsheet solutions and integration issues. Partner with process owners to identify and define requirements and deliver solutions that exceed expectations. Manage documentation of solutions created including, but not limited to, risk assessments, requirements documents, and project plans. Managing the deployment of solutions from templates, accelerators, and from scratch. Enhancing the organization's knowledge of digital automation and workflow through training. Managing the deployment of solutions including training. Identify issues with solutions and coordinate for support. Partner with internal transformation, marketing, mission, strategic partnership, and finance teams to create and support solutions.SKILLS NEEDED: 3+ years' experience configuring/building solutions in Smartsheet. Detail oriented thinker exhibiting analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Proven abilities to overcome smartsheet limitations with unique solutions and coordination with the technical team on integrations Able to support and provide data feeds compatible with enterprise dashboards Team player that contributes valuable ideas and feedback and can be counted on to meet commitments. Previous experience in meeting deadlines while producing quality work. Excellent communication skills. Able to clearly communicate with both non-technical and technical persons and groups including external third party organizations. Listens and comprehends requirements, ask questions and fulfills requests without multiple iterations and interactions
