Position Overview As a part of the software engineering team, you will design, develop, test, deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain web technologies that interfaces with and/or controls INFICON products. The Senior Software Engineer provides expert knowledge of full stack development techniques and leads the design and implementation effort.

Job Requirements
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain front end and back end that interfaces with and/or controls INFICON products
  • Analyze and understand requirements and generate test plan
  • Design and document the full stack

Required Skills
  • Expert development experience with Python and JavaScript (Web+NodeJS)
  • Experience in RESTful API development
  • Experience in database technologies both RDMS and NoSQL
  • Experience with compiled languages such as C
  • Experience in selecting and implementing mature web technologies

Preferred Skills
  • Experience in web development for Linux
  • Experience in Electron or similar
  • Experience in DevOps
  • Experience in Test Driven Development

Education and Experience Required
  • BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of industry experience
