Position Overview As a part of the software engineering team, you will design, develop, test, deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain web technologies that interfaces with and/or controls INFICON products. The Senior Software Engineer provides expert knowledge of full stack development techniques and leads the design and implementation effort. Job Requirements - Design, develop, test, deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain front end and back end that interfaces with and/or controls INFICON products
- Analyze and understand requirements and generate test plan
- Design and document the full stack
Required Skills - Expert development experience with Python and JavaScript (Web+NodeJS)
- Experience in RESTful API development
- Experience in database technologies both RDMS and NoSQL
- Experience with compiled languages such as C
- Experience in selecting and implementing mature web technologies
Preferred Skills - Experience in web development for Linux
- Experience in Electron or similar
- Experience in DevOps
- Experience in Test Driven Development
Education and Experience Required - BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of industry experience
