Identify opportunities for origination in adherence with the bank's strategic and credit objectives.
Prepare / negotiate term sheets and bids.
Structure transaction / transaction documentation
Work with risk office to prepare credit reports, manage the internal credit approval process and external diligence process interface.
Assist in training junior level officers
Portfolio management / monitoring with the risk office analyst in compliance with established procedures (covenants, financial reports), internal bank policies, and regulatory guidelines

Undergrad in business/finance/accounting/economics required, MBA or further training preferred
Knowledge of project finance financial structures and transaction structures
