Server - Sushi Oku

Sushi Oku is an intimate 8-seat omakase counter located in the former Scarr’s Pizza space on Orchard Street. We’re looking for server (3-5 shifts) to join our small, tight-knit team.

Requirements:

- Available 3–5 nights per week

- Experience with Japanese cuisine, omakase, and sake strongly preferred

- Comfortable in a fine dining setting with a fun, downtown energy

- Reliable, professional, and a true team player
