This position will work 5 days on-site in NYC (Bryant Park area) and in White Plains, NY (accessible by car or Metro North)On a weekly rotating schedule. Technical knowledge of Windows PC operating systems. IT hardware including and not limited to desktops, laptops, ipads , laser printers etc. Cisco network switches, cisco phones functions and terminology. Active directory. Must have valid drivers license and be Vaccinated- This is a healthcare client. You will provide support for more complex level incidents resolution and requests reported to IT service desk. Responsibilities include initial assessment, triage, research and resolution of these incidents and service requests regarding the use of application software products/and/or infrastructure components. You will hold the key role in overseeing the effectiveness of service desk knowledge and skills. Help mentor and upgrade the skills of existing IT Service Desk analyst as well as back up their Management.Exp Field incoming help requests, perform preventive maintenance. Maintain existing and produce new documentation guides. Identify recurring issues.Must be able to deploy computers.
