Position Description/Daily Tasks and Responsibilities: • Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications;• Assist in building and maintaining internal technical documentation, manuals, policies, and processes; aria-hidden="true" • Understand how ServiceNow can enable the client to become more efficient and provide suggestions on configuration enhancements to achieve measurable benefits; aria-hidden="true" • General support and administration of ServiceNow platform; aria-hidden="true" • Working closely with IT and business partners to configure and improve core platform capabilities in accordance with ITIL best practices; aria-hidden="true" • Work with teams on incidents and requests and determine process improvements; aria-hidden="true" • Chair monthly incident review board sessions and review SLAs; aria-hidden="true" • Ensure the quality of ServiceNow updates and records meet standards; aria-hidden="true" • Lead Problem Management process; aria-hidden="true" • Strong understanding of CMDB and Certificate Management; aria-hidden="true" • Review customer surveys, document enhancements, and provide feedback to support teams.

Mandatory Qualifications: • 3-5 years’ experience with ServiceNow administration; aria-hidden="true" • ServiceNow System Admin certification (Administrator or higher); aria-hidden="true" • Demonstrated ability with ServiceNow incident, change, problem, request, CMDB and knowledge management applications; aria-hidden="true" • Experience in IT service management, ITIL certification preferred (Foundation or higher); aria-hidden="true" • Exceptional customer service, communication and documentation skills; aria-hidden="true" • Applies standard methodology, techniques, procedures and criteria; aria-hidden="true" • Ability to analyze raw results, determine/resolve bottlenecks, and create meaningful documentation of testing scenarios and results; aria-hidden="true" • Up-to-date knowledge of marketplace and technology changes pertinent to ServiceNow, monitoring tools, and ITIL processes; aria-hidden="true" • Experience troubleshooting integration management, security, and application aria-hidden="true" issues; aria-hidden="true" • Experience using JavaScript, XML, and HTML.
