Paint N Pour (New York City’s only open bar Paint n Sip lounge) is looking for a part time shift lead for our location on 8th ave. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations during your shift, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests all while having fun while doing it! Your role is crucial in fostering a welcoming environment, resolving any issues that arise, and contributing to the overall success of Paint N Pour.
In true Harlem fashion we pride ourselves on creating a fun, fast-moving environment that pays homage to artists like Basquiat who paved the way for self-expression along with past and present Hip Hop pioneers like the Wu Tang Clan & Jay Z.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 8- 10 team members
Ensure that ALL GUESTS have an unforgettable experience, and are EXCITED to come back.
Open & Close the venue
Ensure the team is in uniform and ready to do an excellent job
Support the bar and FOH when needed
Handle guest complaints and provide solutions to enhance their experience
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the venue
Comply with all food and beverage safety regulations
Job Requirements:
Previous work experience as a Shift lead in a high volume environment is a must
Ability to tend to guests in large groups up to 50
Understanding of restaurant etiquette
Familiarity with health and safety regulations
Demonstrable customer-service skills
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area
Availability to work in shifts as needed
Able to work independently and in a team environment
MUST have open availability Saturdays and Sundays
