Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner

Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the showroom

Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and client visits

Support sales teams with client follow-ups, sample requests, and product information

Maintain inventory and ordering of showroom materials, samples, brochures, and supplies

Track and manage incoming and outgoing samples
