Position- Site reliability engineering/Application Production Support Analyst (onsite in NY)

Location- New York, NY (Onsite)

We are looking for an senior associate SRE person, who can help us with following:

Provide primary operational support and engineering for large scale distributed software applications

Run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health

Fixing support issues

Documenting “tribal” knowledge

Can setup system monitoring dashboards and alerts to improve platform availability.

Can help to measure and optimize system performance & availability

Required skills &tools

Must have working application support experience with large scale distributed system

Should have good working experience with SQL.

Should have good understanding of system monitoring and alerting tools such as SPLUNK,PagerDuty,grafana,prometheus,appdynamics

Should have good understanding of IAC .
