- Should be responsible for ensuring system availability and performance of the Sitecore platform.
- Must be responsible for incident and problem (tickets) management for SiteCore by ensuring incidents, service requests, & resolving the problems from all business units, and to the satisfaction of the customers
- Ensure complete and accurate backups of the Sitecore environments happen regularly.
- Should be able to develop and manage internal metrics and assist with initiatives to improve the quality of the organization's Sitecore platform and the processes that support it.
- Ensure to meet the standards, policies, best practices, and procedures related to the support and operations of our Sitecore platform.
- Should be able to offer suggestions and improvements for documentation and best practices.
- Document solutions and operating procedures and train personnel on execution per the procedures.
- Should have good communication skills in explaining Sitecore CMS features to end-users.
- Expertise in Sitecore admin skills
- Must have .NET Programming Language experience.
- You should know about System Maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering in a related field is required.
- Must have 8+ Years of experience in Sitecore Admin.
- Must have Sitecore certification is mandatory.
