Skilled and experienced Mechanic wanted

Busy, well-established mechanic shop in Long Island City is looking for a skilled and reliable mechanic to join our team. We take pride in high-quality, honest work and are looking for someone who can do the same.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong hands-on experience with wheel alignment (Hunter or equivalent machines)

Broad mechanical knowledge — someone who can diagnose, repair, and service a range of makes and models

Ability to work independently and as part of a small, tight-knit team

Professional attitude, punctuality, and strong communication skills

ASE certification or equivalent experience a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Perform precise 4-wheel alignments

Handle brake, suspension, and steering repairs

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues

Conduct maintenance services (oil changes, tune-ups, inspections, etc.)

Maintain clean, organized work areas and uphold safety standards

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of shop experience

Alignment experience required

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to work full-time, Monday–Saturday
