Snowplow Operator

We’re seeking an experienced Snowplow Operator to join our team for the upcoming winter season. The ideal candidate has proven experience plowing both residential and commercial properties and can work independently in demanding winter conditions.

Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently operate snowplow trucks and equipment

Clear driveways, parking lots, and walkways according to assigned routes

Apply salt or ice melt as needed

Maintain equipment and report any mechanical issues

Respond promptly to snowfall events, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Requirements:

At least 2 years of snow plowing experience (commercial and residential)

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Must be available 24/7 during snow events (on-call as weather demands)

Ability to work long hours in cold, harsh weather conditions

Compensation:

$25–$35 per hour, depending on experience

Potential for overtime during heavy snowfall period
