Get To Know The OpportunityDuties: Responsible for leveraging technology to enable the organizations future state business capabilities. Apply existing, new and emerging technologies to new and evolving business and operating models. Develop deliverables that are valuable to the business, including business capabilities, business requirements and workflow. Work with the quality analysis teams, product owners, scrum masters, and story authors to understand and define requirements. Design and build new software tools and systems on the private cloud or public cloud. Perform comprehensive test driven development, integration and scale testing of all software products. Work with existing users to provide resolution of issues. Perform integration of new technologies and systems into existing infrastructure, as well as provide ad-hoc analysis of problematic datasets to help resolve issues encountered by users. Participate in group design and code reviews. 100% telecommuting position. Will consider applicants resident in the continental U.S. Salary range: $158,650 to $173,080.

The Contributions You'll MakeRequires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience working in a Software Engineering or Development role or related position.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience Experience must include: Hands on experience building software applications using Java/J2EE technology in a web based application environment. Utilizing web technologies such as HTML, CSS, Ajax/JavaScript, JSP, Java and web services. Building Micro Services/API's to be exposed internally and externally with highest performance. Working with SQL for DB2/UDB database and Oracle 10G/11G databases and SQL Server.

Compensation Range is: $158,650 to $173,080

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
