Software Engineer

We are a start-uppish financial company setting a new standard in big data and FinTech and we are looking for an Engineer to help us in our mission to help small businesses be mighty. Technical:3+ years of experience building complex UI systems with JavaScript, HTML, CSS & React, or AngularStrong Analytical and problem-solving skills in addition to quality coding practicesSome experience with Python, Django, or Scala. Non-Technical:Must be a self-starter, growth-oriented engineer who takes initiative in their work

Must be confident to push back on stakeholders

This is a long-term role, a true contract to hire to join and grow within the company as they grow themselves.

Fully cloud-native in AWS

This team will be re-writing a mission-critical application using React. This role overlaps data management for our enterprise systems. You will also have the opportunity to build microservices using data bricks, python, and scala.

It's a 100% remote opportunity (EST hours)
