Description:Must Haves:Secret ClearanceRadar SW DevelopmentCRadar CalibrationBIT Development ExperienceContractors will support solid-state phased array AN/TPQ-53 radar program that detects, classifies, tracks, and determines the location of enemy indirect fire. The U.S army utilizes the Q53 active electronically scanned array (AESA) radar to identify and track manned and unmanned aerial systems in a mobile configuration.Manager Notes: Experience radar performance, design, RF and/or EA/EW (bonus for digital vs analog systems) Proficient in MATLAB Focus on detection, signal processing and/or tracking for radars Requirements decomp a plus Variety of levels would be considered, though new hires are not necessarily desiredSkills & Qualifications:Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
