Lighthouse Technology Services has an immediate need for a Lead Software Engineer in Buffalo, NY for a Direct Hire ON SITE role.

The Lead Software Engineer will be a member of the Digital Organization. This is a multi-disciplinary technical team comprised of Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Operational Research Experts. You will support Global Business Units and will be tasked with creating analytics and decision support software solutions. Responsibilities:•Collaborate with business partners to understand product requirements and define appropriate technical solutions. •Lead technical development of cutting edge analytics and decision support tools. •Stay abreast of new technology and actively contribute ideas for new programs. •Balance development of new solutions with replication and support of existing tools. Requirements:•Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related degree. (Master's Degree Preferred)•3+ years of relevant Industry and hands on experience as a Lead Software Engineer.•Full Stack Developer experience with extensive expertise in modern web frameworks, (Vue.js and Angular on the Front End and Python, Node, Javascript, .Net Core on the Back End.)•Experience designing and using relational databases.•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.•Passion for technology with a strong emphasis on user experience and business value.•Ability to succinctly convey complex solutions to business stakeholders and executive leadership.•Willingness to work in an Agile and dynamic environment.•Availability to travel up to 30%, domestic and international.Preferred Skills:•Ability to develop, implement, and support production level data science pipelines and API's.•Experience deploying solutions to Cloud providers (Azure).•Experience with Docker and Linux environments.- ID: #22326207
