Solution ArchitectNew York, NYHybrid (Onsite & Remote) Our client is looking for a seasoned, hands-on Solution Architect with practical architecture experience across healthcare, digital engagement, and identity and access management. The Solution Architect will serve as a Train Architect, supporting the Platform Architect in conducting capability and feature analysis and design for prioritized initiatives.

Health Consumer Platform (HCP) is a core set of applications and experiences that support Health Consumers throughout their care continuum. Our HCP provides an engaging and consistent user experience across all media channels – from seeking guidance and education information through to post-treatment.

Skills & Experience
  • Deep knowledge of, and experience architecting solutions for, Customer Data Portals (CDP) and their integration with other systems is required. Additional experience with Acquia Cloud, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Heap, Adobe, or others), and personalization engines is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to create system architecture models (e.g., code, interface, and data storage) and transitional roadmaps from current state to target state architectures. Experience using architecture modeling tools is preferred but not required; experience using Lean IX is a plus.
  • Resources with experience in healthcare or highly regulated industries are preferred, including those with experience with Epic.
  • Deep knowledge of API design and development, including solutions requiring OAuth
  • Firm understanding of event-driven, API-enabled, microservice architectures, preferably in an AWS hosting environment
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and building scalable high-performance solution
  • Understanding of Snowflake or other cloud data warehousing solutions is preferred
  • Informational architecture experience, specifically UML class modeling and data abstraction. JSON experience a plus.
  • Business architecture experience, including but not limited to process documentation, capability modeling, and system mapping
  • Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal communication) technical concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills and ability to develop innovative solutions
  • Ability to work independently to a pre-defined plan while coordinating across architects and cross-functional teams
  • Strong focus on quality and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
  • Strong experience using MS Office 365, SharePoint, and Rally

Additional Optional Skills / Experience
  • Experience architecting consumer identity and access management solutions, specifically FIDO and passwordless authentication in a healthcare setting (HIPAA and GDPR) or other highly sensitive industries
  • Familiarity with resolving and linking personal data from multiple sources, and Identity resolution algorithms and/or products
  • Familiarity with healthcare insurance plan data structures, including plans, benefits, services
  • Familiarity with FHIR, ISO, ANSI X12 and other relevant industry data exchange standards
  • Experience architecting solutions for technologies such as Confluent Kafka, IBM API Connect, and IBM CP4I
