Breakfree on Cashel is looking for a Full time Sous Chef to join our team!You will assist the Head Chef in the overall management of the outlet, leading the work of all Kitchen team Members to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the department, overall profitability and reputation within the industry. Encourage and assist with overseeing the training, growth and development of Chefs of a lower level. During periods of high activity, you shine and take great pride in providing our guests with an extraordinary culinary experience.
