We are seeking qualified field inspectors to join our team. The work focuses primarily on high profile projects throughout the New York City metro area.

Responsibilities:

Observe work for conformance with plans and specifications of drawings, design documents and building codes.

Ability to read, understand, and interpret construction plans & specs.

Must be able to prepare and submit timely and accurate field inspection reports.

Qualifications:

Currently certified as ACI Level II or ICC Reinforced concrete Inspector

Familiar with NYC Building Code

Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work well with others.

Reliable transportation to travel to job sites

preferred: 1+ years construction, inspection experience,

preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related education or industry experience. and additional national certifications such as ICC, CWI

license or certification: Structural Steel and Bolting Special Inspection
