GENERAL PURPOSE:The Community Consultation Program (CCP) Administrator is responsible for the business development and day-to-day operations of CCP, a program that provides technical assistance and training to school teams and agencies serving students with disabilities who have educational and/or behavioral needs. The CCP Administrator Builds and develops client relationships, including negotiation of agreement. Identifies and researches market opportunities, including new offering designs. Solves complex problems and takes a new perspective on existing solutions. May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives. interfaces with school teams to market services, execute contracts, and oversee consultation implementation throughout the year. The CCP Administrator is responsible for business management, development, marketing, and continuous program assessment and reporting. The Administrator also supports our team of consultants, including scheduling, assignments, and performance evaluation.RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Management: Manages over 30 contracts for sites across 12 NYS Counties, with revenue up to $1,000,000.00 per year. Designs and develops major program components, including business plans, marketing strategies, contract proposals and execution, scopes of service, provider assignments/allocations, and budget. Manages all program/contract logistics, including contract negotiation, billing/expense processes, invoicing, payments/deposits, service rates, client records, and service evaluation plans. Supervises program staff (Department Coordinator IV) and supports program team of 10 providers. Helps facilitate monthly team meetings. Facilitates collaborative efforts with faculty. Program liaison to all contract partners and stakeholders.

Business Development and Marketing: Conducts market analyses and researches community needs: Assesses program reach/jurisdiction and leads expansion/growth efforts. Facilitates needs assessments across contract sites and develops consultation plans. Builds and maintains effective working relationships with the community and campus. Leads large-scale professional and community events. Develops and delivers training activities that highlight program opportunities. Represents department at professional and community spaces (various stakeholder committees and events)

Coordinates training with individuals, family and staff (may include peer supervision and consultation) in areas including but not limited to milieu, home foster home, educational, medical, clinic and community settings. Coordinates with Primary Care Physicians, school teams, and community agencies to ensure continuity of care.

Program Assessment, Reporting, and Strategy: Evaluates the effectiveness of the program and reports service delivery outcomes. Conducts comprehensive program evaluation plan and facilitates annual satisfaction measures. Implements conflict resolution strategies and fosters community relationships.

Acts as primary contact for referrals. Collaborates with referral sources and other professionals both internal and external throughout implementation of behavior plans.

Contribute to DBP-related community requests and programs related to disseminating and providing training around behavioral supports and services including:

Develop and deliver educational presentations to agencies, school districts, community groups that include behavioral strategies and systemic approaches to supporting behavior

Develop toolkits and other materials on behavioral supports for individuals with ASD that can be disseminated throughout the hospital and available to community members

Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:

A bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, education, or a related field is required. Master's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

5 years of relevant experience required.

3 years’ experience working within or with special education and school systems preferred. Knowledge of business administration, program development and growth is required. It is highly preferred to have experience working with individuals with autism and related disorders or developmental disabilities with comorbid mental health needs across community, school, or other clinical settings.

Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills required.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively required. Experience with CRM tools and data analysis software preferred. Ability to work effectively with key stakeholders across a number of different hospital and community settings. Flexible in approach and appreciates the demands of a fast-paced, constantly evolving practice. Can work with individuals with varying levels of need and complexity. Comfortable working with pilot and novel programs to create new opportunities for integrated service models. Must demonstrate commitment to equity and inclusion.
