We are seeking a Sr Data Analyst, Content Valuation & Analytics to help prepare valuations and deliver critical analytic insights for all contents. The Analyst will play a critical role in preparing analysis in support of content valuation. The successful candidate needs to be highly analytical, comfortable working with large data sets and have a proven record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. What you’ll do:Provide strategic and analytical support on recurring analyses and specific projects related to better understanding the performance of programming.Work on key initiatives for senior leaders in the organization. These projects include identifying key programming trends driving the business, continuously developing answers to key programming-related questions, and working with data scientists to develop KPIs for performance.Analyze usage data and user behaviors behind content consumption to create actionable insights and support content decision-making.Create executive-ready presentations to summarize key findings, recommendations, and content evaluations.What you’ll need:Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or related field (Masters preferred).Experience working in a music-related field highly desirable.3+ years of professional experience in data science or product analytics.Strong passion for applied empirical analytics, data mining, and predictive analytics to develop impactful insights.Experience measuring user experience behavior, customer engagement, and business impact using sophisticated and appropriate analytic tools.Excellent communication and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail with the ability to communicate effectively between business and analytics teams.Excellent time management skills with the ability to operate under tight deadlines.Be a self-starting, driven, accountable, and a high-energy teammateMust have legal right to work in the U.S.Mastery in SQL-based languages.Ability to assimilate and manipulate data from various sources.Fluent in Python.Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau for full-stack data analysis, insight synthesis, and presentation.
