Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Accountable for aligning multiple large, highly complex, strategic programs consisting of multiple efforts.
  • Ensure teams are aligned with our corporate strategy and higher level vision.
  • Help to develop strategy for planning and executing highly complex efforts.
  • Accountable for aligning all stakeholder leadership on strategy, business priorities and approach to ensure effective and efficient delivery of the experience.
  • Serves as the integration point to support complex, enterprise wide initiatives.
  • Removes barriers to enable continuous value flow.
  • Accountable for implementing and enhancing best practices to ensure optimized delivery of value.
  • Educate and implement an agile mindset across efforts.
  • Enables and drives cross collaboration with other Program Directors to create alignment.
  • Foster a positive working environment of empowerment, inclusion, and engagement all while striving to deliver solutions that align with the corporate strategy.
  • Develop and grow people through coaching and mentoring new leaders within the organization.
  • Foster and enable learning culture.
  • Leverages data to inform, guide, and/or support business decisions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 15+ years of experience managing complex programs that deliver a digital product experience, and require working with a range of diverse business areas.
  • Experience leading with an agile mindset exhibiting customer / client orientation
  • Proven ability to influence executives, business leaders, stakeholders and team members
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build collaborative relationships with all levels of the organization
  • Previous experience exhibiting strong servant leadership
  • Action-oriented with a sense of urgency
  • Effective working with ambiguity
  • Possesses strong decision making ability
