DEI Enablement & GovernanceThe Sr Dir, DEI Enablement & Governance role serves as a strategic partner to the Chief Human Resource Officer teams in driving the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy. Reporting directly into the Head of DE&I Strategy and Programs leader this role will serve as a consultant regarding current and future DEI initiatives to ensure the outcome is an integrated approach around our strategy and programs.Key Responsibilities and Duties

Drives DEI integration of objectives and impact across the Chief Human Resource Officer teams.

Provide internal LOB and external client consultative support on key initiatives.

Partner with DEI communications to execute internal & external website / messaging.

Facilitate partner cadences – Legal, Risk & Compliance, Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance.

Provide DEI team support to facilitate executive updates, KPI tracking & reporting and partner deliverables and processes – budget/finance, document management.

Drives diverse representation across the enterprise.

Ensure operational efficiency across DEI partners and stakeholders.

Educational Requirements

Related SkillsBase Pay Range: $160,000/yr. - $205,000/yr.Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
