The Sr. Director, Retirement Change Management Practitioner reports to the Head of Institutional Strategy & Execution and supports the successful achievement of people-dependent return on investment for assigned initiatives / value streams. For each initiative / value stream supported this role establishes metrics (speed of adoption, utilization, and proficiency), conducts an assessment of the change impact according to the organization's standards, applies the organization's structured methodology, coaches sponsors, and supports communications and training activities to align leaders, maximize associate adoption, minimize resistance, and achieve business results. As a recognized master in change management, this role also contributes to the maturation of change management across the retirement business by partnering with our go -to-market readiness teams and providing change management training as identified, and contributing to enterprise-wide metrics.Key Responsibilities and Duties

Serves as the change management leader for assigned initiatives / value streams and provide full lifecycle change management support from intake, assessment, and facilitation and execution of change management and adoption plans through reinforcement.

Develops and implements change plans and uses subsequent assessments to recommend course-course corrections.

Completes change management assessments including sponsorship assessments.

Identifies, analyzes and prepares risk mitigation tactics and identifies and manages anticipated resistance.

Develops comprehensive understanding of the Retirement business strategy and goals to ensure an appropriate change strategy is developed and implemented.

Institutes the means for measuring, reporting, and assessing change management effectiveness for specific supported programs and looks across a portfolio of stakeholder impacts.
