Akkodis is recruiting for a Sr. Finance Business Solutions Analyst - Oracle / ERP in Rochester, NY.

Pay/Salary Range $135000K - $160000K DOE

This role will is a hybrid role which would require selected individual to be onsite in Rochester, NY when needed.

The Sr. Business Solutions Analyst is responsible for supporting and assisting the team to understand the business needs for the team and help to best meet those needs. This includes working with Business Solutions Analysts and the technology areas to support helpdesk tickets and some new development. The primary goal of this role is to diagnose, research and communicate with the user base to better serve the end users.

Requirements:

• Experienced in manufacturing with knowledge in Finance and Manufacturing

• Adept at working within an ERP system. Experience with Oracle 11i is required.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience working in a relevant role such as planning, order management, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment

• Skills and experience in Finance and Manufacturing methodologies.

• Preferred ERP experience in NetSuite, Oracle

Essential Functions:

• Combine research and fact-finding with an understanding of applicable business processes, systems, and industry requirements.

• Takes responsibility for investigative work to diagnose and specify effective solutions and/or workarounds for problems in information systems, data management, and application functionalities.

• Support all aspects of production and work on a team to create and maintain "world class" agile practices.

• Support business stakeholders regarding all ERP data needs through coordination with Business Intelligence team.

• Maintains partnership with internal and external support teams to collaborate on bringing systems to implementation using detailed organization policies and methods.

• Applies available standards, methods, and tools in an intelligent and effective way to produce a consistently high standard of technical and descriptive documentation.

• Mentor, train, coach and develop employees in understanding how to use and improve business and system process.

• Conduct testing and validation of ERP applications to identify data issues, provide sign off on technical and functional deliverables.

• Maintain quality of service by enforcing organization standards with strong change management methodologies.

• Listen to users to understand business needs and find solutions that meet both, those needs and IT requirements.

• Drive Integration, User Acceptance Testing, generate User Test Plans and validate readiness of developed solutions.

• Create and provide documentation and training to users.
