- Design and Develop applications using Microsoft technologies
- Maintain and support existing applications
- Lead large scale, complex process improvement initiatives

- Establish continuous communication with the business line Controllers and Compliance Officers
- Maintain project plans and submit status reports
- Performing and directing quality assurance testing of systems and solutions.
- Implement process improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another four-year degree with significant IS experience OR equivalent experience.
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- 7+ years of development experience using .net technologies
- 7+ years of experience with MS SQL Server
- Must have experience with C#, ASP.NET, WCF, Entity Framework, Java Script, XML
- Must have experience with SSIS and SSRS
- Ability to translate business needs and priorities into processes and systems requirements
- Must be highly organized and process oriented.
- Good to have a strong grasp of the fundamentals of global financial markets
- Have a deep understanding of data models in the financial markets space
- Must have very strong communication skills
- Ability to research and trouble-shoot application problems
