The Delivery Experience team is looking for a product leader to drive awareness, discoverability and adoption of Amazon's many compelling delivery programs worldwide, and improve customer satisfaction with Prime delivery.As Senior Product Manager you will be responsible for innovating on behalf of customers, defining, testing and launching best-in-class products and features for the site and mobile apps that solve customer problems and make it easy for them to understand the wide variety of delivery options that are available to them. You will own business requirements, feature and use case prioritization, and the strategy for new and improved delivery features. You will coordinate with design teams, technical teams, user researchers, and other business stakeholders across the company to launch new features and tune business logic to improve customer engagement. You will monitor and react to customer needs and feedback, constantly improving and expanding the experience. Your work will directly impact the shopping experience of millions of customers globally by improving their ability to discover, understand and select the delivery options that best fit their needs.Candidates should have strong customer focus, and be skilled at managing a matrix of related use cases to break down complex, high-level ideas into executable features with nuances for specific marketplaces and delivery programs. The ability to influence stakeholders cross functionally and across the organization is critical to success in this role.Key job responsibilities
Coordinate with stakeholders across Prime delivery benefits programs (e.g. Scheduled Delivery, Drone delivery, International Delivery) to define new experiences that improve customer understanding of each program.
Partner with UX researchers to determine what customers value most from Prime delivery.
Work directly with software engineers and data engineers to implement new customer-facing delivery messaging.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience as a product manager or owner
Experience owning technology products
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market.
