If so, we’d like you to explore our Northeast team as a Senior Program Manager.By joining us as a Senior Program Manager, we’d ask you to utilize your expertise throughout the Northeast region where you’d be responsible for managing a program delivery team, program deliverables, and a budget in conformance with applicable requirements and program schedule.We’ll rely on your guidance for leading delivery of multidisciplinary complex system and infrastructure related programs involving new or rehabilitated tunnel, track, station, signal, power, communication, bridges, and other systems. You’d be challenged with the management of large, complex programs and will need to act as one of the company’s primary contacts with the client, responsible for overall work progress and technical performance on the program.Capitalizing on your strategic foresight, we’ll ask you to serve as an innovative thought-leader in Transit Program Management while utilizing well-established as well as advancing program management procedures. Being an inspirational leader for our team, you’d be responsible for oversight of the program team through all phases of program planning, procurement, delivery, and closeout consistent with established program delivery processes to meet the scope, schedule, budget, and other specified requirements stated in the contract.Utilizing your business acumen and rapport skills you’ll be asked to develop and maintain meaningful client partnerships while completing the scope of work to the satisfaction of the client and key stakeholders, while simultaneously ensuring that Jacobs’s health, safety, environment and security, quality, financial, risk management, business and policy expectations are met. Also, we’d ask you to play a key role in the business development activities leading to the award of the contract. This typically includes client relationship development, program-specific positioning activities, teaming arrangements, proposal preparation, orals presentation, and contract negotiation consistent with established business development processesWe’d look to your technical expertise on the knowledge as well as application of design, construction and operations to devise approaches to transit challenges.
