Sr QA Analyst with Financial services/ Asset management

Sr QA Analyst NYC, NY 24+ Months Required: QA, UI/UX, Regression testing, Jira, Agile, Asset management/ Risk management/ Financial Services Local Candidates; Hybrid mode Key Responsibilities: Establish a new QA practice Augment existing Agile workflows to include formal QA Create and implement test plans across multiple products, including New features Bug remediation Regression User acceptance Qualifications: 5+ years of experience working as a QA analyst Thorough understand of Chrome debugger/developer tools Understanding of Jira project management tools, agile processes Experience in data validation, using database developer tools Experience with UI/UX concepts Experience working directly with developers Mastery of documenting and reproducing defects 5+ years working in a financial environment Understanding of Asset Management concepts (general) Understanding of Risk Management concepts (general) Understanding of Compliance requirements Extremely well organized and thorough Communication Skills Strong English-speaking skills. Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate technical and project concepts to developers and business analysts, verbally and in writing. Creative problem solving with the ability to present multiple solutions and potential side effects Preferred Additional Skills: BS degree in math or technical field a plus but not required.
