- Requires 10+ testing experience in IT industry and preferably 5+ years of hands-on experience with automation tools.
- At least 2 years’ experience in the banking/payments industry
- Worked on public cloud platform-based projects
- Test cases, bugs/issue management, resolution with development
- Experience with Testing frameworks (Manual + Automation) preferred – Selenium, JUnit, Cucumber, Jenkins, CI/CD integration
- Establish and operate Automation QA processes
- Converting concepts and ideas to working POCs
- Design and Development of Solutions and POCs
- Work closely with product and business teams in developing solutions
- Work as part of the scrum team
- Works closely with IT leaders to develop/implement overall Automation and quality maturity roadmap and plan for each IT functional area
- Establishes internal IT service quality control standards, policies and procedures
- Develops, publishes and implements software quality assurance plans
