We are trying to
source Sr. UX Designer for our direct client at Albany, NY. We need a Senior Designer with strong background in UX wireframes, Prototypes, MS Photoshop, HTML, CSS and other designing tools.This is a Long-Term Hybrid Project at Albany, NY (Resource must be onsite 3 days per week; all resources should be prepared to be onsite 100% at client request and are fully vaccinated).Job DescriptionUser Experience (UX) staff will need to understand how users interact with and experience the system. UX includes a person's perceptions of utility, ease of use, and efficiency. To improve UX, staff will utilize a variety of industry standard tools and techniques.Job Duties- Understand and document business goals and technical specifications.
- Understand and document personas and UX research reports.
- Generate sitemaps and information architecture.
- Develop experience maps, user journeys and user flows.
- Build UX wireframes.
- Build interactive prototypes.
- Create visual designs.
- Generate style-guides and specifications for developers.
- Perform usability testing and generate usage analytics reports.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Sciences, Engineering or Computer Science and 5 years of relevant experience, with increasing independence and complexity of assignments.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX design.
- Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe Photoshop and others.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces.
- Experience with coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS, Javascript, and comparable languages.
- Professional written and interpersonal skills when communicating with uses and development staff.
- Experience creating storyboards and website mapping.
