Seeking a Staff Accountant that will play an important role in building the internal finance/accounting department as we look towards continued growth in the coming years. This will be a dynamic role which has the potential to substantially grow in the coming years.

Job Details

Assist in all month end close activities & responsibilities

Prepare & post all journal entries

Create and maintain Balance Sheet schedules

All AP/AR functions (including managing new vendors, preparation of 1099)

Bank and credit card reconciliations

Maintain fixed asset and intangible asset schedule

Maintain prepaid and accrued schedules and process

Work with external auditors

Other duties or special projects as asked or assigned
