Job Description SummaryResponsible for the strategic planning and management of technician schedules and coordinating Composite blade repair to satisfy customer demand.Analyzes and revises scheduling plans and provides approximate mobilization dates; works with autonomy guided by established policies and strategic guidance.Utilizing key understanding of the blade repair business strategy; collaborate with resource managers, project managers, site managers, third parties and leadership to ensure coverage of active and future projects to allow the business the greatest opportunity for success.Analyzes and reports on actual customer demand, trends, and forecasts, and propose solutions to capacity related challenges.Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities
Responsible for field resource deployment, planning and execution to meet customer and business metrics · Interface with the customer service managers on issues escalation
Develop long range forecast for region resource needs · Develop and execute short and long-range resource plans based on resource forecasts.
Establish, measure, and monitor capacity levels to ensure 100% utilization of technicians to support blade repair needs
Provides input to finance on operating plans for the sales and operations planning regarding volume and capacity.
Uses own judgment and has so ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated processes.
Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.
Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field.
Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
Minimum 6 months working in Wind industry

Experience dealing with Wind labor providers
Knowledge of GE ERP software
Solid, proven organizational, project management and leadership skills
Exceptional interpersonal/written communication skills; can effectively interact with all levels of management
Proficient in Excel and Smart sheet
Team player able to work well across business operations and develop strong business teams.
Ability to work on multiple projects with limited direction.
The salary range for this position is 78,800.00 - 131,300.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus.
