Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetology and a flair for creativity, providing exceptional hair care services to our clients. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair styling, coloring, and treatments while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the salon. Stylist with a following is preferred.

Duties

Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide expert advice on hair care products and services.

Promote salon products through upselling techniques to enhance client experience and drive sales.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth salon operations and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Valid cosmetology license is required.

Previous experience in a salon environment is preferred.

Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively.

Knowledge of retail sales strategies and experience in upselling products is a plus.

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
