Co-op Building, 90 apartments, 2 elevators (very clean)

Plumbing and Electrical experience a must

Boiler/Sprinkler experience/license preferred

Knowledge of Garbage Compactors preferred

Full time position - 50,000 annually

Hours 8am-5pm, Vacation/Sick Time included, No Medical Coverage

3 Bedroom renovated apartment included with position

Bilingual preferred - English and Russian, but will consider if fluent in English
