Superintendent

Mid sized real estate company looking for a full time, live-in super for 4 buildings in Lower Manhattan. Applicant should have ability to diagnose/solve ANY problem that may arise. Candidate must have strong working knowledge of plumbing, electric and construction. Must be responsible, organized, and able to supervise a porter. This is a full time position. $750/week plus a 1 bedroom apartment, as well as benefits.
