We'd like to connect with you to see what skills and experience you could bring to our team.Publicis Media's Central Activation team is an integral team dedicated to supporting Publicis agency media accounts through our global offshore resources. Central Activation standardizes workflows, implements strategic onboarding processes, and optimizes resource allocation for the global offshore teams.Through collaboration with Publicis agency partners, account teams, and offshore resources, Central Activation drives operational excellence, fosters innovation, and paves the way for scalable and cost-effective solutions for agencies. The offshore teams execute agency media campaigns seamlessly across various platforms and ensures the achievement of campaign performance goals.The Client Ops Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring all accounts are being properly staffed, onboarded, and supported. The Supervisor will serve as an escalation point for both the agency account and offshore teams and will need a solutions-focused mindset and strong client service skillset. The ideal candidate should have a background in digital media campaign and account management.This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. Build strong relationships with agency partners, account teams and global offshore teams

Collaborate on engagement scoping and staffing of global offshore resources for agency accounts

Develop and maintain onboarding plans for accounts, and facilitate the onboarding process

Ensure efficient workflows are established for collaboration between agency account teams and global offshore teams

Facilitate feedback and issues between the agency account teams and the global offshore team, and determine solutions to help address or resolve

Identify and communicate account needs, concerns or opportunities with agency partners and global offshore leads

Identify areas of opportunity for team development and business growth (i.e. new channels, new support models, etc.)

Manage the rollout and adoption of new tools and solutions intended for agency account teams

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Strong background in digital media (i.e. programmatic, search, social, or ecommerce)

3+ years of relevant experience in a client facing role in campaign management, account management or digital operations

Strong organizational and project management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, experience with Excel and PowerPoint a must

Ability to act as a proactive part of the Publicis Media team, and to act as a self-starter in an environment that encourages creativity

Ability and desire to learn new technologies

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
