Req Number 134700Job DescriptionSupervises and evaluates vendors, construction, installations, repairs and maintenance of all facility structures, systems and equipment. Serves as the immediate point-of-contact for Facilities in the absence of the leadership.Job Responsibility
Promotes Facilities Management department goals by selecting, motivating, and training capable team members.
Leads the activities of assigned Facilities Management team members by communicating and providing guidance toward achieving department objectives.
Supervises day-to-day operations of the department.
Plans and manages the requested, corrective, emergency and preventative maintenance and repair of the buildings and structural facilities.
Plans, organizes, and supervises the work of the facilities maintenance crews.
Monitors their productivity and quality of work.
Instructs, trains, counsels, and disciplines personnel in proper performance of their duties.
Ensures regulations are followed in all aspects of assigned tasks.
Ensures all documentation of facilities preventive maintenance systems are up to date and orderly.
Oversees and manages compliance of plans.
Ensures timely purchase and security of materials, equipment, and supplies.
Conducts and attends department staff meetings.

Job Qualification
Associate's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
4-6 years of relevant experience and 0-2 years of leadership / management experience, required.
