Zenith is part of Publicis Media, the media arm of Publicis Groupe.Job DescriptionOverview: Provide support to all operational functions and workstreams in the US across Penn Entertainment and ESPN Bet. Improve workflows by streamlining business work processes, procedures and increasing coordination between internal departments. This position will be based in Chicago, reporting to the SVP of Operations.Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate across account functional teams (Planning, Buying Activation, Analytics, Finance, Operations)

Clearly communicate objectives and coordinate with functional teams to ensure all requests are resolved and communicated in a timely manner to internal and external parties

Direct long-range planning, geared towards operational excellence and the development of resources to maximize organizational efficiency

Oversee financial reporting for the account to Zenith corporation and our clients

Support resource management and xLOB utilization reporting

Maintain high operational standard and stewardship across billing and financial management workflows

Support staff and scope planning efforts and work with internal stakeholders on process management

Support automation projects that advance business practice and enhance operational standards

Manage data security compliance audits for agency when needed

Develop and manage custom dashboard solutions to increase effectiveness and productivity across the account

Oversee systems management and licensing agreements

Lead organizational development by creating a team focused environment where all collaborate and execute successfully across department, to optimize organizational outcomes

Qualifications

3 years of Advertising/Media experience, Operations background a plus

Understanding of broad range media advertising channels from National TV, Local Broadcast, OOH, Print, Display Banners, OLV, Search, and Social

Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT) and proven expertise in complex Excel formulas (V-lookup, pivot tables, etc.). Experience with Planning/Buying tools (ie MediaTools, MediaOcean) and workflow tools (i.e. Smartsheets, Gsuite, Tableau) a plus.

Expertise in organizational planning and budget management; must be comfortable working with large data sets

Excellent analytical and planning skills; quantitative, organizational, written/verbal communications skills; ability to work well independently and within a team, and strong follow through; takes the initiative and is proactive to understand all aspects of projects; strong sense of urgency and completing tasks in a timely manner; able to set and achieve internal deadlines

Basic math skills are strongly recommended

Natural curiosity/ability to dig into workflows to find actionable solutions

Inquisitive, collaborative, and supportive

Demonstrate ability to learn new proprietary software and processes quickly and proficiently

Solid written and verbal skills, with ability to present to both internal and client teams

Detail-oriented, good follow through, able to multi-task, and work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Manage projects, resources, stakeholders, and participants

Be a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems/issues

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
