Surgical Technician

Job Title: Surgical TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are looking for a professional, friendly, and highly-motivated individual to be a part of our surgical team. The ideal candidate is someone with exceptional customer service and organizational skills, has the ability to anticipate surgical needs, and aids the team in preparing the operating room for daily procedures. This person should have the mindset that no task is too big or too small. Day to day, this person will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, maintenance, and inventory of the operating room. Ensuring that patient safety is the number one priority. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, eager to grow within the company, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Hard Skills

2+ years of clinical experience, with a concentration in plastic and reconstructive surgery preferred

Fully certified Surgical Technician

BLS certified

Able to adhere to our protocols and policies

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Soft Skills

Strong communication skills

Teamwork-oriented mindset with a 'can do' attitude

Flexibility, dependability, and punctuality

Able to show empathy

Able to maintain professionalism in the workplace
