Job Title: Sweepstakes Registration Stand Representative

Location: Southern Tier, Western New York

Employment Type: Part-Time (Up to 20 Hours/Week)

Modern Window of NY, Inc., a family-oriented company based in Orchard Park, NY, is looking for a dependable, self-motivated individual to join our team as a Sweepstakes Registration Stand Representative. In this flexible, independent role, you’ll be your own boss, managing your schedule and routes while supporting a fun and engaging promotional campaign.

Position Overview:

You’ll be responsible for placing and maintaining sweepstakes registration stands at local businesses throughout the Southern Tier. Our company pays each participating business a monthly fee to host a stand, and you’ll play a key role in setting up and maintaining these relationships.

POP Program Territory:

This position will specifically cover the Southern Tier of Western New York — including areas such as Arcade, Olean, and Wellsville.

Key Responsibilities:

Secure new business locations to place registration stands.

Visit each location weekly to:

o Collect completed entry forms.

o Label each entry form with specific codes.

o Clean and maintain registration boxes.

o Restock boxes with pens, pads, and entry slips.

Transport collected entry forms to our Orchard Park office each week.

What We’re Looking For:

A clean driving record and reliable personal transportation.

Self-starter attitude — highly organized and able to work independently.

Comfortable with travel throughout the Southern Tier area.

Personable and professional when dealing with business owners.

Compensation Includes:

Hourly wage.

Gas reimbursement.

Bonus for each valid entry form collected.

Bonus for each new business that agrees to host a registration stand.
