- Lead team of 15 to 20 system admins globally focused on solving L1/L2 escalation issues and running projects to improve firm wide desktop client support.
- Envision, articulate, architect, and deliver firmwide tools and technologies that will improve user productivity and minimize interrupt time.
- Function as the team steward to raise teams engineering scope while mentoring sys admins on automation and integration best practices.
- Take the lead on communicating world-class support best practices to l1/l2 teams by helping to define SLA's and deliverable.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred to be in computer science, or tech-related field)
- Demonstrated experience functioning as the desktop engineering lead with enterprise projects in desktop integration and automation.
- Understanding of Networking and systems technologies
- Experience in Windows (Active Directory, Exchange Server, Basic troubleshooting)
- Knowledge of, or experience with scripting including PowerShell, Python, VB, Bash etc.
- Knowledge of, or experience with Linux/Unix
- Demonstrated passion for technology.
