Technical Business Analyst

Samiti Technology is hiring a

• Perform overall business analysis activities supporting project delivery.
• Drive working group meetings through assigned workstream completion.
• Actively engage subject matter experts to gather and understand requirements.
• Document business requirements and technical specifications.
• Become a subject matter expert for assigned workstreams.
• Capture, report, and escalate risks and issues as soon as identified.
• Deliver regular summary status reports for assigned workstream progress.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Technology.
• Strong Business Analysis skills and background.
• Experience as BA delivering Technology focused projects.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships at all levels across IT and Business Stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deal with urgent requests in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Proficient with MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficient with JIRA
• Proficient with Agile delivery methodologies
• Nice to have: Experience as BA delivering projects in the Financial Services industry
• Nicer to have: Experience as BA delivering projects in the Fixed Income sector within the Financial Services industry.
• Nicest to have: Experience as BA delivering projects in the Securitization Finance sub-sector of Fixed Income within the Financial Services industry
