Providing best-in-class user experience for the Investor Relations team, and responding to technical inquiries from users across different platforms.

Client DetailsThe firm is a leading financial technology firm that connects high-net-worth investors to hedge funds, private equity firms, and other alt-asset managers.

This firm has been named to Forbes FinTech for many years, and they are going through expansion for their new location. They are currently one of the best FinTech firms globally.

Since this is an urgent hire, the client will not be able to provide visa sponsorship.

Description
  • Work on technical issues for different users
  • Troubleshoot technical issues of the Investor Relations team
  • Proactively check on customer feedback
  • Collaborate with other teams (Investor Relations, Technology and so on)
  • Provide technical expertise in spreadsheets, BI tools and understand from the data

Since this is an urgent hire, the client will not be able to provide visa sponsorship.

Profile
  • Minimum B.S. degree, and 3+ years of experience in Technical Support
  • Strong technical skills in troubleshooting
  • Understanding of Financial Services industry
  • Strong communication and soft skills

    Plus:
  • Ideally, experience in SQL
  • Experience working with Business Intelligence (BI) tools
