Local candidates preferred Notes- Is a mid/Senior Program Manager that is responsible for program delivery, mainly within the Enterprise Data Office, so any data-oriented program and/or tech experience is a huge plus. Need to be used to cradle-to-grave delivery, not just a siloed approach where it is tied to someone else s larger program. PM tools required, doesn t need to be Smartsheet. Any Tableau exposure a large plus.

  • The Technical Delivery Management plays a key role in planning, delivery and execution.
  • The individual will lead initiation, planning and execution of complex projects and programs ensuring excellence and achieving business outcomes by managing the end-to-end execution of all deliverables.
  • This role will provide support and accountability for delivering on agile epics, features, user stories and product backlog delivery, including overseeing quality assurance, measuring deliverables and effectiveness of the scrum team(s), communication and interaction with product managers both internal and cross-functional.
  • This role will also be aware of delivery teams sprint planning, daily scrums and sprint retrospectives as required.
  • General accountability and delivery management of our services and products from initiation to postproduction support.
  • Responsible for:
  • Integrated delivery management for IT domains
  • Project Initiation/engagement of delivery team(s)
  • Schedule updates and communication of those updates
  • Coordination/Planning meetings with project/product delivery teams
  • Clear documentation of meeting outcomes as they relate to projects
  • Measure, track and continuously improve service delivery
  • Assisting in the removal of blockers
  • Maintaining and audits of project documentation
  • Partner with our respective Product Managers to achieve business objectives and goals - run efficiencies, drive productivity, lead projects successfully while meeting roadmap, timelines and cost budgets
  • Report program progress regularly including but not limited to risks, issues, change requests, etc. to management and Executive Leadership team
  • Maximize our internal customer loyalty and satisfaction by driving value in service delivery
  • Capture and eloquent value with key stakeholders (e.g. Product Leadership Teams, Quarterly Business Reviews, etc.)
  • Implement industry leading practices (e.g. ITIL Service Management) around service delivery
  • Adopt and demonstrate adoption of standard methodologies around tools, automation, workflows, and process to ensure successful delivery to our customers - standardize and replicate where appropriate
  • Work with internal parties to develop opportunities from innovation and emerging technologies
  • Proactively identify issues and provides guidance to resolve program and team challenges in multi-geography teams' setup
  • Develop practical solutions to achieve program productivity and quality goals and objectives
  • Requires BA/BS or equivalent plus 7+ years related experience. MBA preferred.
  • Prior consulting or solutions delivery experience.
  • Prior experience in business solutions, business development, service delivery, or program management.
  • Basic understanding of data architectures, business intelligence and analytics
  • Exceptional communication, documentation and presentation skills
  • Speed, focus and due diligence as priorities with attention to detail
  • Understanding of software development life cycles
  • Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies and agile frameworks
  • Knowledge of waterfall methodologies
  • Jira and/or equivalent agile management tools
  • Agile certification a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Familiar with Project Management tools such as Smartsheet, Tableau, Monday.com a plus
